Multi-Circuit Cooling

In order to achieve maximum thermal efficiency, many engines require optimum cooling of the individual circulating fluids, for example, charge air, lubricating oil and jacket water. In such cases, cooling surfaces, specifically designed for each type of fluid may be combined into a cooling group in a single or multi-radiator configuration. Bearward produces cooling groups to accommodate either horizontal or vertical cooling airflow.

Additionally, multi circuit cooling groups may incorporate optional bypass control systems and/or fan speed controls, which ensure optimum cooling in ambient conditions other than the design point.
